Eligibility Criteria
Posts are on project pay scale under the ASPIRE project. Manager (Procurement & Contracts) needs minimum 16 years HEC recognized education with at least 7 years public or private sector experience in donor-funded procurement and PPRA rules. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer needs a Master’s degree or equivalent 16 years education in Social Sciences, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS or Mathematics with at least 5 years experience in monitoring frameworks and data collection.
