Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need a Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences or a related field, or a BS from a foreign university or equivalent, recognized by HEC. Training or certification in monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation or applied statistics is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of applied research, evaluation or policy experience in the development sector is required, including survey design and management and tracer, baseline or impact studies.
