Eligibility Criteria
Master’s degree (minimum second division) from an HEC-recognized institution with 5 years of administrative experience in schools, preferably as a Principal or senior faculty member, a verifiable leadership record, good knowledge of the Punjab education system and teacher training, strong management and leadership skills, excellent English communication and mandatory computer skills. Age up to 63 years; only male candidates are eligible. Pay scale OG-III (equivalent to BPS-19) plus fringe benefits as per PDS&CEA rules.
