Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Manager (Operations & Business Management)
Qualification: At least a 16 years degree in Economics, Public Administration, Development Economics, or Business Economics. A higher degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and management, institutional strengthening, project development and appraisals, financial oversight, project and performance management, and monitoring and evaluation with government funded or donor funded projects. Working experience with public sector companies in the aforementioned areas will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years
2. Project Executive (Silage Project)
Qualification: At least a 16 years degree in Agriculture. A higher degree in the aforementioned discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience including at least 8 years in mechanized silage production, fodder management, and farm operations in reputed private, multinational, or semi-government organizations. Working experience with public sector companies will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 60 years
3. Manager (Agriculture)
Qualification: At least a 16 years degree in Agriculture. A higher degree in the aforementioned discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in crop planning, fodder production, irrigation management, mechanized farming, soil fertility management, and large-scale agricultural operations. Working experience with public sector companies will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 60 years
4. Dairy Manager
Qualification: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). A higher degree in Animal Breeding & Genetics or Animal Nutrition will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in dairy herd management, reproductive management, vaccination protocols, disease control, milk production optimization, and farm biosecurity in large commercial or institutional farms. Working experience with public sector companies will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years
5. Assistant Accountant
Qualification: BA or B.Com degree is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts and admin related matters.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
