Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS. Professional certifications in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, or Digital Transformation are considered an advantage. Applicants are required to have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, process automation, or operational excellence, including practical knowledge of RPA tools and workflow systems. Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or large enterprise environments is preferred. Candidates must be medically fit, domiciled in Punjab, and fall within the age limit of 24 to 45 years, with applicable government relaxations.
