Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: A Master’s degree is preferred; however, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputable university will also be considered.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, cards, acquiring, or complaint management is preferred. Candidates with CRM-based work exposure will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Officer PACS (Cards & Acquiring) will be responsible for downloading and reviewing reports from Siebel CRM, investigating complaints assigned by the Associate Manager or Manager, and following standardized checklists during complaint investigation. The role involves submitting timely responses on Siebel CRM, ensuring all complaints are resolved within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT), and updating root cause analysis in the MIS. The candidate will coordinate with APB, CMD, Card and Acquiring product teams, technology teams, and external vendors for investigation support. Coordination with ITG teams for log extraction, EOD MIS consolidation and submission to management, and any other tasks assigned by senior management will also be part of the role.
Salary Information
The expected monthly salary may range between PKR 80,000 to PKR 150,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and ABL’s internal compensation framework.
