Eligibility Criteria
1. Relationship Manager
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an HEC recognized or reputable foreign institute is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant banking experience is required, preferably in liability sales, deposit mobilization, or relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned liability and cross-sell sales targets on an individual basis
- Acquire new profitable accounts and quality new-to-bank customers on a regular basis
- Conduct market research and prepare reports on competitor strategies, rates, and services
- Manage and retain existing customer relationships and review portfolio performance
- Ensure KYC compliance at account opening and maintenance stages
- Ensure compliance with SBP guidelines, internal policies, and AML/KYC regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and project a customer-friendly image of the bank
- Coordinate effectively with branch management and senior authorities
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of banking products, especially liability and deposit products
- Awareness of SBP regulatory guidelines and AML/KYC requirements
- Knowledge of general banking operations including account opening procedures
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to stay updated with market trends and competition
- Proactive approach to target achievement and portfolio management
