Eligibility Criteria
1. Senior Relationship Manager – SME
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree from an HEC recognized or reputable foreign institute is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SME banking or a credit environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Leader in growing a strong SME credit portfolio by marketing SME banking products across the allocated region
- Achieve assigned business targets including SBP scheme targets for financial and non-financial business portfolio and trade business
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service delivery and specialist knowledge
- Prepare complete, accurate, and comprehensive credit proposals including financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and industry risk assessment
- Review overdue markup and coordinate with seniors for timely adjustments and settlements
- Liaise with Credit Division, Legal Affairs Division, and domestic lawyers for security perfection and smooth deployment of advances
- Ensure full compliance with SBP regulatory requirements including periodic KYC reviews
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and fulfill audit requirements as per SBP compliance guidelines
- Proactively research and analyze market information to anticipate risks for both clients and the bank
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SME banking products and credit analysis
- Ability to prepare financial models and credit proposals
- Sound understanding of SBP regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with senior management and regulatory authorities
