Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant professional experience in HR functions within a large organization. Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Experience from part-time, honorary, or apprentice roles will not be considered. Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate, and result-awaiting candidates are not eligible to apply.
