The Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Government of the Punjab, has announced lump sum contract posts in its Project Management Unit (PMU) for the project on the economic prospective of coal, iron ore, limestone and other industrial minerals in Koh-e-Suleman, Dera Ghazi Khan Division (2026-27). Candidates with Punjab domicile can apply by post before the last date.

Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates with Punjab domicile can apply. The posts are on lump sum basis for the project period, initially up to 31 May 2027, and are likely to be extended for the complete project implementation period. The positions are temporary and give no claim of regularization. General age relaxation of 5 years for males and 8 years for females is admissible in the upper age limit as per Government of Punjab rules. In-service candidates may apply through the proper channel after taking NOC from their department. Annual increment will also be paid as per the approved TORs of the PC-II, where applicable.

Send your application by registered post, along with attested photocopies of your CNIC, domicile, academic certificates and experience certificates, to the Project Director (PMU), Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Punjab, Poonch House, Multan Road, Lahore, so that it reaches by 26 October 2026. Write the name of the post clearly on both the application and the envelope. A separate application must be sent for each post. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview and no TA/DA will be paid.
