- Age Limit: Up to 55 years
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC-recognized university with at least 9 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience in collection operations, delinquency control and team management. The role covers centralized collection operations, control of delinquency and roll-forward rates, team planning and performance management, portfolio analysis and tele-operations under the approved collection policy.
