Eligibility Criteria
1. Branch Manager
Qualification: A master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Management, or Marketing from an HEC recognized or reputable foreign university is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience is required, of which at least 2 years must be in a supervisory or team management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and maintain overall branch administration, operations, marketing, lending, and security
- Assist Area Manager in developing branch business plans and strategies for business development
- Achieve branch financial targets with major focus on current accounts and total deposits
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and generate business opportunities in the designated territory
- Expand and maintain the branch customer base by opening new accounts and developing cordial relationships with existing clients
- Ensure fair treatment of customers and prompt resolution of all complaints within defined service standards
- Ensure strict compliance with AML/CDD policies, TBML framework, KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements, and SBP regulations
- Review audit findings and ensure timely rectification of non-conformities
- Motivate and develop branch staff and coordinate all HR related matters with Area or Regional General Manager
- Manage and monitor all administrative and functional activities of the branch
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory policies
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Proactive approach to handling daily branch operations and challenges
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in database handling and financial reporting
