Eligibility Criteria
1. Branch Operations Officer
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or institute is required.
Experience: Less than 2 years of relevant banking experience is desired. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and interest in banking are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily branch operations including cash receipts, payments, ATM management, account opening, cheque book issuance, and clearing transactions
- Process TDR, CDR applications, locker operations, RTGS transactions, and foreign currency remittances
- Ensure compliance with Branch Operations Manual, AML/CFT regulations, and bank policies
- Perform accurate customer identification, verification, sanctions screening, and risk profiling
- Assist branch sales team in achieving current account deposit targets and identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Encourage customers to adopt digital banking channels for routine transactions
- Resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times
- Maintain branch premises and ATM lobby upkeep on a daily basis
