Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (with specializations in HR, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Business), IT, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a BSc Engineering degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in project management and infrastructure development is mandatory, of which at least 4 years must be in similar projects. Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab and be between 30 and 45 years of age as per the advertisement date. Strong leadership and management skills for overseeing tehsil-level project operations are essential.
