Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive – Digital Customer Experience

Qualification: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, Technology, or a related field is required. Certifications in CX, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Design Thinking will be an added advantage.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer Experience, Digital Strategy, Product, or Digital Transformation roles. Candidates must have strong exposure to digital experience management, app-led ecosystems, e-commerce journeys, and consumer market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end digital customer journeys across mobile apps, websites, and digital touchpoints
  • Identify friction points and design solutions to improve usability, speed, and satisfaction
  • Embed AI and automation into digital journeys including chatbots, virtual assistants, and self-care tools
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Leverage customer feedback such as CSAT, NPS, and digital analytics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Present CX insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders
  • Act as CX custodian for Telenor’s mobile app and digital platforms

Salary Information
