Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: A postgraduate degree or MBA from a recognized university is preferred. Candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree and strong banking experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
The selected Relationship Associate will be responsible for preparing credit proposals for new and renewal facilities, ensuring full compliance with SBP regulations and UBL’s internal policies, and maintaining a satisfactory internal and external audit rating for the portfolio. The role includes assisting Relationship Managers (RM/SRM) in preparing SCAs, formal submissions, and follow-ups with Credit Risk Management (CRM). Client site visits and quarterly report submissions will also be part of the job. Additionally, the candidate will support credit maintenance, identify business growth opportunities, coordinate transaction execution at Branch, TPC, CAD, and Treasury levels, and assist with DAC reviews and issuance as well as timely stock report submissions and margin monitoring.
Salary Information
The expected monthly salary may range between PKR 80,000 to PKR 150,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and UBL’s internal compensation framework.
