Eligibility Criteria
1. Technical Trainee Officer (TTO)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering from an HEC recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are equally encouraged to apply.
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Stipend:
- First Year: PKR 60,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
- Second Year: PKR 80,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
2. Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Trade, Finance, or Business Studies from an HEC recognized university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are equally encouraged to apply.
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Stipend:
- First Year: PKR 60,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
- Second Year: PKR 80,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
3. Ace Technical Officer – ATO (Ace Trainee Program)
Qualification: Three-year DAE in Electronics, Computer Information Technology, Electrical, or a related field from a recognized technical board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are equally encouraged to apply.
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Stipend:
- First Year: PKR 37,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
- Second Year: PKR 60,000/- per month (all-inclusive)
Salary Information
Stipend packages are clearly defined for all trainee positions as follows:
- TTO & MTO: Starting PKR 60,000/- rising to PKR 80,000/- in the second year (all-inclusive).
- ATO: Starting PKR 37,000/- rising to PKR 60,000/- in the second year (all-inclusive).
