Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: A relevant degree or diploma in Video Production, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred. Practical skills and a strong portfolio will be prioritized over formal qualification.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience working in a video editing, content, or creative agency environment is mandatory. Candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential
- Hands-on experience with both long-form content (YouTube videos, documentaries) and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, social media ads)
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, color correction, audio mixing, and visual composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred/Bonus Skills: Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma will be an added advantage.

Salary Information
