The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) was established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024. Headquartered in Lahore, it handles enforcement and regulation across the province through its Directorate General and the District Enforcement & Regulatory Board (DERB) secretariats in Deputy Commissioner offices.
