- Qualification: At least 16 years of education with a Bachelor degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Law or a related field from an HEC recognized university or a well-known foreign university. A professional certification such as CIPS in procurement and supply is preferred. At least 5 years of relevant work after qualification in procurement and contract management, including at least 3 years in the public sector
