- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent relevant degree from a reputed foreign university or HEC recognized institution. At least 12 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years of managerial work experience in MIS, web and software development. Professional certification relating to MIS, ERP or ICT solutions with international organizations or donor agencies will be preferred, and experience in leadership roles will be preferred.
