- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Public Policy, or BSc Engineering with a Master’s in Business Administration. In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance and infrastructure development and engineering related projects, including 5 years of experience of working in similar projects or assignments. For BSc Engineering degree holders, general experience will be counted from the date of completion of the engineering degree.
