- Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution, with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, including 4 years of relevant or banking experience, preferably with strong execution focus and strategic orientation, program and portfolio management expertise, ability to identify and incubate transformation opportunities, excellent communication and stakeholder management, customer-centric mindset, risk assessment and mitigation skills, data-driven decision-making, and leadership and team development skills. Key responsibilities include centralized oversight of all critical projects and transformation initiatives across the bank, structured execution and delivery discipline, project management frameworks, end-to-end tracking of timelines, budgets and risks, resource allocation, dashboards and reports for senior management, and building project and transformation teams.
