- Age Limit: Up to 55 years
- Qualification: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Economics, Development Studies or a relevant discipline, with at least 8 years of work experience in monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance in development projects, including at least 3 years in similar projects related to local governments and urban development reforms. Knowledge of good practices, laws and policies for the design and implementation of M&E frameworks and assessment of development projects is essential. Experience in the development sector or with international donor organizations will be preferred.
