Eligibility Criteria
The position is an individual consultancy on contract basis under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project, as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 (Revised). The consultant should possess a minimum of 16 years of education in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or a related field from a reputable local or foreign institution; a diploma or degree in Procurement or Contract Management from a reputable local or foreign institution shall be preferred. A minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience in procurement processes of goods, services and works is required. No salary or age limit is stated in the advertisement.
