- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
- Qualification: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical or environmental), architecture, urban planning or development studies, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in project development, preferably in the development sector or with a development agency. Experience in research and analysis for project identification and proposal preparation, familiarity with the project cycle including design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, strong analytical, writing and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
